Binary package hint: compiz

Steps to reproduce:
* Maximize a window by dragging it to the top of the screen.
* Drag window directly to one of the side edges, without unmaximizing it first. (Don't move the mouse below Unity's top panel).

This may take a few tries for some reason.

The window will be vertically maximized but with the title bar missing
from the top of the screen. There is no obvious way to return it to
normal.
