[Bug 723056] [NEW] "Toggle whether a window is on all workspaces" shortcut no longer works

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: compiz

I have this action bound to F2, but after an upgrade to Natty, it no
longer works (pressing F2 does nothing). I tried clearing and restoring
the shortcut in gnome-keybinding-properties, but that didn't change
anything.
