Binary package hint: compiz

One would think that setting Edge Trigger Delay in compizconfig-
settings-manager would cause Desktop Wall's Edge Flipping features to
wait awhile when one moved to the corner of the screen before flipping,
but it does not appear to, even with Edge Trigger Delay at maximum.

These posts imply that the desired behavior used to work and suggest
changing instances of <nodelay>true</nodelay> to
<nodelay>false</nodelay> in /usr/share/compiz/wall.xml :
