I install again ubuntu alpha 3 and enable compiz plugins,
this action do not generating any BUG only opened nautilus window can not move on desktop.
I use gnome desktop not unity!
When  I replace    "compiz-decorator"   with        "compiz --replace"      then screen is flickering!
