[Bug 737622] [NEW] moving screen position causes areas of screen to become corrupt

* Using gnome-display-properties to move the secondary screen up or down
  causes areas of screen to become corrupt with interleaving black or
  chromatic lines

Chipsets tested * Intel 965 (8086:2a02), GM45

* compiz (Desktop Effects enabled)
* Lucid 10.04.1 LTS
* Maverick 10.10  
* Natty (Daily build 18 March 2011)
* Dual-monitors

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open gnome-display-properties
2. Move internal laptop monitor to be flush with bottom
3. Apply and keep settings
4. Move internal laptop monitor to be flush with the top
5. Apply and keep settings
6. Large area of screen is either black or corrupt
