[Bug 740465] [NEW] Re-sync with xquerytree to avoid stacking order issues

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: compiz

As a stop gap measure, force a resync of the xserver window tree
structure and the corresponding internal structure in compiz. It's when
they get out of sync that cimpiz gets stuck and can't get itself out of
trouble.
