Binary package hint: compiz

I've noticed several users of smaller screens complaining that when using the scale plugin that they can't read window titles very well.
Don't see it here as too much of an issue on 13", though can see what they mean
If the scale addons  'Window Title  Display' was working this could alleviate 

The other method would be if the appmenu in unity panel would display
the window title instead of icon name on unmaxed  windows though that's
a whole different story
