Message #14152
[Bug 751324] [NEW] wobbly windows behave erratically
Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: compiz
steps to reproduce:
1. turn off "click to focus" (i.e. use X default behavior, focus follows mouse)
2. enable wobbly windows, default configuration
3. open two windows, maximize one of them
4. drag the other partially off-screen
5. move mouse pointer away from it
6. observe the partially hidden window wobble. it will wobble every time you move your mouse away from it or back to it
additional:
7. enable "inverted snapping"
8. demaximize the maximized window, but set it up so that you can move your mouse from one window to another without leaving them
9. drag one window towards an edge and let it snap
10. move your mouse to the other window. observe corruption on the snapped window
something similar is happening with full-screen windows spawning smaller
windows, but i don't have exact steps to reproduce that
