In fact this option causes another problem with minimized windows under
unity: minimizing a window will not unfocus it, so minimize+click on
application launcher will not restore the minimized window - clicking on
the desktop first allows one to restore the window.

Anyway, this looks like something to work on after release, since this
option is off by default.
