There is a workaround for that.

1. apt-get install compizconfig-settings-manager
2/ Launch ccsm,  for the "decor plugin": Command: /usr/bin/compiz-decorator -> replace to /usr/bin/gtk-window-decorator to This one should be compatible with orca.

As there is a workaround, dowgrading the natty bug task to medium. (we
loose though the "easy window resize"
