Binary package hint: compiz

When using compiz either with unity running, or on the classic Ubuntu
desktop, I do not hear the name of the focused window when switching
between windows when using Orca. In addition, I don't see anything under
accerciser that suggests that unity-window-decorator has placed any
window titles into the accessible hierarchy, either when in accerciser
proper, or whilst the window switcher is on screen when switching
between windows.
