[Bug 785663] [NEW] compiz incorrect behaviour after restart

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: compiz

After compiz restart (eg. when compiz --replace or by killing blocked
compiz process), windows are incorrectly placed - most often shifted
down by height of the title bar, but gnome-terminal windows are placed
to the top left corner. Assignment of windows to virtual desktops is not
preserved as well.  There are also problems with cairo-dock's windows;
after compiz restarts, the dock is stacked below other windows instead
of above. I have to restart cairo-dock, but then the desklets are not
anymore mapped to the widget layer and it is necessary to re-enter the
window matching condition (type=Utility &class=Cairo-dock) in the widget
plugin configuration to restore the order.
