Binary package hint: compiz

What I expect to happen:

Expect compiz to decorate windows, and gnome-shell to display correctly.

What actually happens:

compiz will not decorate windows, and it seems like it blanks out one
the monitors and displays content of the blank screen on the second
screen.

Attached screenshot shows run dialog activated via ALT+F2, displays on
wrong screen and has no window decoration.
