[Bug 805665] [NEW] window title bar missing

 

Public bug reported:

When I open an window (any type of window that has a title bar) and
maximize it (by  sticking it to the top panel) and restore it back many
times, then the title bar of the window disappears. If I restart the
system, then the problem is gone but it appears again if I do the same
(described above).
