Public bug reported:

After installing the Oneiric Alpha3 candidate on my test netbook
(Samsung N310), upon rebooting and logging in to Unity Compiz crashes.
Attempting to submit the crash report claims that 'this is not a valid
Ubuntu package' which is why this report is a little bare.

Logging into Unity2D is fine.
