[Bug 821589] [NEW] window movement is slow, jerky and cpu intensive

 

Public bug reported:

Dragging and moving a window around with compiz enabled is jerky and
slow, it used to be super fast in Ubuntu-10.10 this gives me a general
impression of slowness
