[Bug 824053] [NEW] Memory leak in compiz when changing desktop wallpaper/background through gnome-control-centre

Public bug reported:

Changing the desktop wallpaper/background via the gnome-control-center
adds an extra couple of MB to compiz memory usage each time which never
gets free'd. By sitting and changing through the available backgrounds,
I managed to get memory usage from ~70m to over 600m in a matter of
minutes.
