Public bug reported:

checking the compiz widow blur under ccsm causes multicolored glitches
under the unity menus in 11.04.

unchecking the box and disabling blur chnages the colors, but doesn't
resolve the problem.

Might be related to ATI fglrx, but I doubt it, since window blur has
worked in the past.

Seems like lines from the app I was running at the time.
