Public bug reported:

The "Aero Snap" feature in Compiz seems to be broken in Oneiric. When
moving a window to the top edge of the screen, it appears to maximize,
but the window retains its own titlebar (whereas the titlebar should
disappear in Unity). To fully maximize, I then have to click on the
window "restore" button, and then on the maximize button.
