So we can fix this in the compiz switcher plugin as that was a small
oversight with the change to the alt-tab ordering fix, however I'm not
sure about the level of atk support in nux and the unity switcher, so if
this branch:

is merged then I'll close the compiz bug and we'll keep the unity bug
open.
