Public bug reported:

Window decorations sometimes "die" on certain applications (while other
open apps continue to work), I cannot click on the window decoration or
buttons, clicks just go straight through to the desktop.

To illustrate, here's screenshot of trying to select gnome-terminal
(kept dragging to illustrate where i clicked:):

(Maybe this is already reported, but couldn't find any matching
bugreport)
