[Bug 859705] [NEW] [oneiric] Compiz becomes extremely slow after restart from crash


Public bug reported:

The users experiencing bug LP:855991 start experiencing extremely degraded performance upon compiz restart.
This may be the result of the original issue or something that compiz does after a restart brings the system to such condition.

Here's a video of the performance after Compiz recovers from the crash:
