Message #23728
[Bug 877025] [NEW] expo and grid (snapping windows) conflict
Public bug reported:
When snapping a window to the left or right side, then activating expo
(workspace switcher), if a different workspace is clicked (once) the
snapped window will move to that workspace. Switching to the workspace
will bring the window to the new workspace.
I haven't been able to replicate it, but one time this occurred I was
unable to select the snapped window until I moved back to the original
workspace (there was another active window in the new workspace).
Ubuntu 11.10
Compiz 0.9.6
Expected: the snapped window should remain in its workspace
Actual: the snapped window switches workspaces along with me when using the Expo plugin
