Public bug reported:

Tested on two laptops with unity - one oneiric, one precise.  When I hit
control-alt-KP9, which is bound (by default) to 'place top right', it
acts the same as control-alt-KP8.  Opening compiz manager shows that, on
both laptops, the binding is correctly pointing to 'place top right'.
