In fact this bug makes all window decorations 'freeze', not only the
buttons. This means that when a window loses focus, its title color and
the close button color remain as it would be still an active window. I
have attached a screenshot to make it clear. Also sometimes a focused
window may have decorations of an inactive one (gray title and close
button color). It becomes impossible to find out which window has focus
without actually interacting with one of them, which I think is a
noticeable disadvantage in usability.
