Public bug reported:

This looks to be a bug in compiz.  Metacity will do the correct
higlights.

The issue is that if you use a theme other than ambiance/randiance, the
button prelighting will not work as expected.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select a theme other than ambiance or randiance
2. Hover mouse over close/minimize/maximize button.

Expected:
Button will change to prelight state

What occurs:
Button does not change state.

What's odd is that some windows prelight correctly, but others do not.
