Public bug reported:

Ever since the upgrade to Oneiric, Edge Resistance and Edge Attraction
seem to be conflicting. When both are activated, and a window is moved
toward the edge of a screen, it is first attracted to it and then
repelled from it, very quickly.

It's easier to understand by watching the attached screencast (sorry for
lack of Eurotrance soundtrack).

Using NVIDIA binary driver with TwinView.
