Steps to reproduce:

1) Reboot computer
2) Enter user/password and login to Gnome/Openbox session

* Expected: Everything is fine.
* Actual: CPU usage is at 100%

If I kill process "Compiz", CPU goes back to normal.

Anomaly #1:

1) Reboot computer
2) Enter user/password and login to Gnome/Openbox session
3) Log Out
4) Enter user/password and login to Gnome/Openbox session

* Everything is fine.

* Anomaly #2:

1) Reboot computer
2) Enter user/password and login to regular Gnome session

Everything is fine.
