[Bug 896778] [NEW] Grid plugin: non-original window snapoff size is sometimes poor

Public bug reported:

Summary:
When, in the 'Grid' plug-in settings, in the 'Edges' tab, 'Snap windows back to original size' is turned off, windows sometimes become too small when pulled from the top edge (about 4*24 pixels). Only Firefox and Google-Chrome seem to become tiny in that way.

1) Ubuntu version 11.04

2) Compiz: Installed: 1:0.9.4+bzr20110606-0ubuntu1~natty2

3) Expected: When 'Snap windows back to original size' is disabled,
Firefox and Google-Chrome windows snapped off from maximized mode should
become a reasonable size.

4) Reality: When the option is enabled, and windows are snapped from
maximized mode, some such windows, including Firefox and Google-chrome
windows, become too small to display any web-page content.

** Affects: compiz (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
