[Bug 900589] [NEW] Windows disappear when using alt to move

Public bug reported:

Using the alt key to move a window (in this case gedit) offscreen above
the upper workspace seems to cause the window to disappear. Opening the
workspace switcher shows part of the window on another workspace.
Switching to that workspace, and then switching back to the original
workspace and the window reappears. See the video attached for a
demonstration:

In the video I snap to the right edge of the screen, slide the window
over, then use alt to move it above the upper workspace.
