Hello,

I (and AFAIK) most people either hit ALT-TAB instantly to switch to
previous program or hold ALT down to find the program they want to
switch to.

I love Application Switcher for the latter case.

However for the former case, Application Switcher pops out and
disappears also zooming out and in the applications for a period of say
250ms.

Therefore, I believe it will be a good addition to the switcher to add a
latency like 250 - 500 ms to kick in the graphical part.
