Public bug reported:

When you open Dash, launcher icons are grayed out. When you move the
mouse to the left, they are colored. But, when user have the mouse on
the left side of the screen and press the super key, icons are grayed
out even though the mouse is over them. User can move mouse out the
launcher area and put it back to highlight the icons.

Steps to reproduce:

- Move your mouse to the left, reveal the launcher
- Press "Super" key.
- See that mouse is over launcher icons, Dash is opened, but icons are gray

What happens:
- Icons are gray

What should happen:
- Icons should be highlited when Dash is started and mouse is on the left edge of the screen

** Affects: compiz (Ubuntu)
