[Bug 916780] [NEW] unsnapping a snapped window causes incorrect mouse placement

Public bug reported:

Open a window.
Snap it to the side of the display by dragging it to the side of the display
Unsnap it by grabbing the titlebar and pull it away from the side of the display.
Observe that the mouse cursor is not where the titlebar of the window is.

I expect that the mouse cursor should be on the titlebar.
