Ubuntu version : Precice Pangolin 12.04

In the desktop wall plugin    using compiz 1:0.9.6+bzr20110929-0ubuntu8
and  compiz-plugins-main 1:0.9.6-0ubuntu4.2

If you try to assign the CTRL key or a combination with CTRL key like "
<Control><alt>  "    to move left with window or move right with window
it fails.   Actually  if you grab the CTRL button instead of grab
<Control>  it grabs <primary>    .

I dont even know what the "primary" button suppose to be  but even if
you try to manual type   <Control>  then it disables the feature.
