[Bug 931641] [NEW] Expo: when clicking on Workspaces previous Ws contents are momentarily displayed

Public bug reported:

Open a window on a couple of workspaces
Open Expo, click on, (highlight) the various workspaces
When going from 1 Ws with an open window to another Ws with a open window the flashing of prev. occurs
Created a new user to double check - same deal

Would provide a video except that if "Desktop recorder" is running then
the flashing will not occur. Stopping the recorder & it returns
