[Bug 933905] [NEW] Recent compiz update playing havock with Orca keybindings.

Public bug reported:

Using the Orca screen reader with compiz in precise. Orca uses the
number pad for navigating the contents on the screen, this is when
numlock is turned off.

With a recent compiz update, using some of these number pad commands for
orca causescompiz to move me to the workspace directly below the
workspace I am on. A work-around is to use the bottom two workspaces in
the grid, but most blind people don't even know about workspaces.

To reproduce:
1. Start Orca, and make sure the keyboard layout is set to desktop in Orca preferences.
2. Make sure numlock is turned off.
3. Go to either workspace 1 or 2.
4. Preferably in an application window, hold numpad 0, and press numpad 9 to move Orca's flat review to the bottom of the aplication window.
5. Then press numpad 7 to move to the previous line of contents in the application. YOu may have to perform steps 4 and 5 more than once to cause the bug.

You should notice that your focus moves to the workspace directly below
the workspace you were in.
