Public bug reported:

Ctrl+Alt+Numpad[0,1,2,3,5,7,8,9] works.

But 4 (move left) and 6 (move right) does not work. Previously these used to work too.
Instead these action seem to have been replaced with WinKey+LeftArrow and WinKey+RightArrow.
