I also have this and can reproduce it:

1) start application1
2) switch virtual desktops
3) start application2
4) switch back to application1
5) maximize application1
6) minimize application1
7) switch virtual Desktops to application2
8) click the launcher icon of application1

the Window of application1 should be and stay all white until you resize
or unmaximize the window.
