Public bug reported:

compiz crashing periodically when i run application which is going into
full-screen or when i click on unity launcher to restore minimizes
window. It also crashes when i open a video file and (in my case) totem
player is about to start playing (it opens and shows 00:00 time and
right before it should show real file length, compiz crashes). Compiz
crashes by freezing pc for few seconds and then showing low-graphic mode
warning and after that it gives choice to choose low-graphics and other
options, but at that point nothing is working. i cannot select any
option and ENTER also doesn't work. All i can do is Ctrl+Alt+F1 and sudo
reboot.
