sometimes some of application windows titlebar stop responding. you can't click on it, close button and min and maximize buttons don't work. you can't drag them, the application is working and if you hold alt and drag window (not click on the title bar) it moves, but you can't use title bar at all, it is there, it is showing but it seems that your clicks goes through that!!!  if you use "super+ctrl+d" and minimize them they get back to be normal.
