[Bug 1004206] [NEW] compiz window bounds issues

Public bug reported:

I beleave this is the right package, I ended up with the menu bar off the screen on my computer, it happens when the orange box fills areas (set window size to that area thingy), the mouse some times moves from the spot on that window when it does that.
If the mouse moves in the correct way then I could move the window completly off the screen (and unable to get back without close the program). This can be a big issue with programs like firefox that does not save open tabs between sessions.

Here are some screenshots I have taken of it happening and my getting it to happen again (not fully though).
http://vzy.dyndns-free.com/Testing/bug.png (currently the only window open)
http://vzy.dyndns-free.com/Testing/evidence1.png (the gedit window moved to the spot for maximizing, which can move mouse)
http://vzy.dyndns-free.com/Testing/evidence2.png (the mouse moved away from the gedit window)

as you can see, it can happen to any window. I have no clue what exactly
could cause this so I'm sorry if I place this in the wrong place

I was trying to move the firefox window from the left screen to the
right screen and maximize it there, but the orange box thingy filled the
right half of the screen and I moved the mouse and accidentally let go
while moving the window and got it stuck there.

Info about my computer and programs:
