I have changed a lot of things and having a look around the web I have
got to remove all the bugs. Here you are a list with links:

In addition to this I have enabled the Alt + Tab apps switcher and the
mouse scrolling desktop switcher, as in the old gnome 2.x. That's all I
have changed to get the perfect gnome-panel in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS!  ;-)
