[Bug 1032763] [NEW] Unable to move windows to a different workspace after snapping

Public bug reported:

On an up-to-date quantal, after snapping a window using the keypad
(alt+ctrl+3), I am unable to right-click on the window and select move
to a different workspace. This happens no matter which window or
workspace I perform the action upon.

On an up-to-date precise, the window will move to the seperate
workspace, but will still show the window and suffers from refresh
issues. See the attached videos for examples of how this works on
quantal and precise.
