Public bug reported:

Compiz appears to support the _NET_REQUEST_FRAME_EXTENTS EWMH
functionality but for some reason does not put this atom on the root in
the _NET_SUPPORTED list.

Description: Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS
Release:        12.04

compiz:
    Installed: 1:0.9.7.8-0ubuntu1.4

I expect the _NET_SUPPORTED property to be filled out with an
_NET_REQUEST_FRAME_EXTENTS entry as happens with metacity; otherwise how
do I know this extended feature is supported? Running 'metacity
--replace' followed by 'compiz --replace' leaves the hint in place as
presumably put there by metacity and the _NET_REQUEST_FRAME_EXTENTS
feature then works as per the spec.
