[Bug 1086266] [NEW] compiz still has some dependencies on gtk+-2.0. Needs porting to gtk+-3.0

compiz still has some dependencies on gtk+-2.0 according to:
gtk/CMakeLists.txt
plugins/notification/CMakeLists.txt

Even if we don't end up linking to GTK2, we still should not have any
build dependencies on it.
