[Bug 1098196] [NEW] Visual corruption when using Mesa 9 + unredirection in precise

Public bug reported:

I was testing the unredirection compiz precise SRU on an Intel machine
before Christmas. I got the same visual corruption issues that had been
seen with the blacklisted Mesa 8. So we blacklisted Mesa 9 too. (I had
installed Mesa 9 from the x-updates PPA.)

It is suspected that with the full LTS-Q stack, Mesa 9 will work again,
and we can drop the blacklisting for Mesa 9 again. But that awaits
verification.

Meanwhile, this is a bug to track the problem.
