Public bug reported:

When openening 2 LibreOffice Writter documents side by side and
maximizing them to use all the screen the window decorations are no
longer visible when moving the mouse over the title bar.

Each window was initially move to one half of the screen using
"Ctrl+Win+left arrow" and "Ctrl+Win+right arrow" then maximized with
their corresponding title bar icon. See the attached screenshot to have
a clear picture. The sceenshot shows the missing decorations.

I'm not sure if this affects compiz so please re-assign if needed.
