Public bug reported:

In Ubuntu 12.04.2 LTS, under compiz (1:0.9.7.12-0ubuntu1) the
/apps/metacity/general/action_double_click_titlebar key has no effect
when set to toggle_maximize_vertically. Instead, the default action is
used to just maximize the window.

Using metacity, this setting works correctly.

Could this capability please be restored?
