Public bug reported:

When any window is takes only a part of the screen, a double click in
the title bar won't pass the window in the full-screen mode, but rather
cetner it at it's current size and hide the "close, minimize, resize"
buttons in the menu bar.

After this, it is impossible to move the window without the alt button.
