[Bug 1242360] [NEW] The keyboard is changed and HUD is opened after Suspend

Public bug reported:

After returning from "Suspend" HUD is opened and my keyboard is changed
to "English (U.S.)" but still appearing as "Portuguese (Brazil)". When I
click on "English (U.S.)" and then "Portuguese (Brazil)" everything back
to normal.
